Careers Information Advice and Guidance (CIAG)

What we offer

We offer Information Advice and Guidance sessions to teachers, pupils and their parents.  Sessions include:

For pupils:

• Year 9/10 Introduction to University Conference
• Guidance on pre and/or post 16 options
• Specific support for vocational students such as how to make your personal statement stand out

For parents:

• Studying at University as a mature student
• Introductory talks on Student Finance
• Applying for the Disabled Student Allowance

For teachers:

• How to support the UCAS process within your particular institution
• Assess the current HECIAG curriculum offer and its effectiveness
• Using Aimhigher resources in the classroom
